What you'll actually do.
Three or four days a week you'll be on placement with an employer partner like Amazon, ASDA or GXO. One or two days a week you'll be with your job coach — building skills, confidence and a plan.

You'll go to a real job every week, with real colleagues, doing meaningful work.
1:1 job coach support
Your job coach will be on-site with you — helping when you need it, stepping back when you don't.
Skills for life
Interview prep, travel training, communication skills — everything you need to keep the job.

Monday
Placement day at your employer — job coach on-site.
Tuesday
Placement day — building routine, skills and confidence.
Wednesday
Sessions day — CV, interview prep, life skills.
Thursday
Placement day — putting the week's learning into practice.
Friday
Reflect & plan — 1:1 with your job coach, set next week's goals.
