Hey there! Thinking about what's next after school?

At Aspirations Doncaster we have got an awesome programme that helps you get real work experience with the support of a job coach. Plus, you'll join short daily sessions to learn practical skills like time keeping, team work and nailing workplace rules.

 

This unique approach allows students to become fully integrated into the workplace, gaining valuable insight and practical experience.​ Typically lasting one academic year, the primary goal of the programme is to support young adults in securing paid employment upon completion.

 

While supported internships are unpaid, students remain in full time education throughout their enrolment, combining workplace experience with essential learning and development. Find out more information here.

What you can expect

Experience in a real work setting

This is not school! You can expect to be working in your role 5 days a week learning whilst on the job. You'll soon become a valuable member of the workforce

Guidance & Support

You won't be on your own! You'll have the support of one of our amazing job coaches who will be with you every step of the way

Employability skills

You'll join a daily employability session, where you'll learn the skills and build the confidence you need to reach the goal of paid employment
